Why Choose Counselling?

People come to counselling with a variety of difficulties.  Some are able to say what these difficulties are.  However, sometimes we may feel unhappy or dissatisfied but unable to understand why.

Counselling can help to understand why we feel like we do or why we behave as we do.

Counselling can help us to identify our repeated patterns of behaviour and create awareness – with awareness we have choices.
